Korcula

Quiet coves and small sandy beaches dot the southern coast while the northern shore is flatter and pebbly. The island is rich in vineyards, olive groves and small villages, and harbours a glorious traditional old town where age-old religious ceremonies, folk music and dances are still being performed. Reputably the best of all Croatian whites is produced here.
