What You’ll Cover: Upon completing the training, you’ll gain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the following:

• Implementing the highest standards of health and hygiene for your workspace, yourself, and your clients
• Anatomy and physiology of the lower arm, hand bones, lower leg, and foot bones
• Circulatory, lymphatic, and muscular systems, including arteries, veins, and lymph nodes
• Nail structure, including the free edge, cuticle, matrix, mantel, lunula, hyponychium, nail wall, nail bed, and nail plate
• Skin structure and function of the epidermis and dermis
• Nail growth process, contraindications, nail diseases, and disorders
• Essential products and equipment required for the treatment

Learning Objectives: By the end of the course, you’ll be proficient in performing a complete Luxurious Manicure and Pedicure, including precise cutting, shaping, foot file buffing, exfoliation, massage techniques, and flawless nail varnish application. You’ll also learn proper aftercare practices to ensure long-lasting results.

Course Level and Requirements: This introductory course welcomes individuals new to manicure and pedicure or those with limited experience in the field.
