In February 2015 we launched our 5th annual photo competition, with the theme, ‘TRAVEL IS THE ONLY THING YOU BUY THAT MAKES YOU RICHER.’ With €1000 up for grabs, we had over 1000 stunning entries from Alaska to Madagascar and everywhere in between.
About the winner
Our 2015 winner, Robert Graffam grew up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After graduating from Florida State University, he desperately wanted to travel the world, but wasn’t sure exactly how he might fund his adventures. He landed a job as a deckhand on a motor yacht, and never looked back. Ten years later, he's still working and travelling on yachts and when he’s not travelling on yachts ... he's travelling. Having visited 117 countries so far, he has no plans to slow down any time soon. Photography has been a great way for Robert to capture and share his many incredible experiences with friends and family. Thank you, Robert.
