Bluewater is proud of our yacht broker, Russell Dean, who created The Party Party (a political party focused on creating a future where politicians work for their constituents, not themselves) in 2013. Their policies resonate with all of us.
Who is Russell and why did he set up a new political party?
Russell has worked for Bluewater for 15 years as a yacht broker, he is also a yacht owner and yacht manager.
Those who have had the privilege of being in Russell’s company know him to be a passionate and caring person, a charming extrovert for sure!
A complete breath of fresh air in this sometimes pessimistic world.
In his own words, the reason Russell created this political party, is to give us a chance to ‘vote for sanity’.
Coming last, but gave it everything
At 55 years of age, he competed in the Abu Dhabi triathlon, but will gladly admit to coming last.
‘‘I was the 440th finisher, out of 440’ he tells us, with his usual humble demeanour.
However, we should point out this was due to certain health setbacks.
He’s proud to have earnt his medal though, and so he should be!
This is just one of the reasons we know Russell will make an exceptional MP, no matter how tough a situation seems, his mantra is ‘bring it and give it your all’.

The idea for this political party came about because Russell was fed up with all the politicians ranting and raving, slating each other rather than listening to each other, reading reports of their criminal behaviour, watching them take to the stage to yell about how great they are, but seeing no results.
All talk and no action. Time for change!
Time to stand up for the people and start working for what humanity needs.
Russell and Bluewater
Bluewater is a yachting company with offices in Spain, France, Russia, Switzerland, Monaco and the USA.
Started by three friends who met in the Royal Navy, we are the only yachting company able to offer services for both yacht owners, and yachties.
Peter Bennett, founder of Bluewater tells us ’’Russell is a friend who always focuses on his client’s needs first.
This will transfer to his North Shropshire constituency, who will benefit from having Russell as their MP’’.
Thirty Years And Still Going Strong
Bluewater can buy, sell, charter and manage yachts, that are crewed by a team which we have personally trained and recruited.
Enjoying our thirtieth year in this industry, we really are a family; we disagree, we criticise each other, we encourage, we laugh together, we share in each other’s disappointments and achievements.
Russell is part of the Bluewater family and we wholeheartedly support him in his bid to become an MP for the Party Party in North Shropshire.
