The monks of Abbaye de Lérins on île Saint-Honorat have been producing their own wines since the construction of the Abbaye in the 5th century. They now produce some rare wines as well as three great vintages – St. Salonius, St. Lambert, and St. Césaire - which are recognized by famous chefs as some of the best and finest French wines.

Whilst visiting the lush gardens of île Saint-Honorat you can enjoy a delicious lunch at La Tonnelle offering fresh, colourful, seasonal dishes. You can take your own tender or helicopter to the Island, and then in a paradise of serenity by the waterfront, in the shades of eucalyptus and pines, enjoy a delicious lunch.
