The industry has evolved dramatically since we opened our doors as a crew agency in 1991. We have more opportunities than ever before in every department on board.
Currently, we have more than 200 active jobs within our traditional agency and a whole team working to support the ONE Account, with more than 250 yachts using our digital recruitment product.
Unsure what the ONE Account is?
Launched in 2010, this revolutionary crew system created waves in the industry. Bluewater created a digital platform whereby, for a cost-effective annual fee, Bluewater would provide yachts not only with an unlimited crew recruitment service for their vessel but also match the annual fee with free vouchers to spend on crew training. The subscription fee is dependent on the size of the vessel- want to know more?
What does this mean for crew?
Not only might you get your next role through the ONE Account, but if you successfully embark on a ONE Account yacht and are hoping to upskill after some time, then that may be a conversation that you can have with the Captain.

Make it happen! Organise a digital interview, or, if you are coming to a yachting hub soon, our crew agency has offices in Antibes, Palma & Fort Lauderdale. We welcome walk-ins every day before 12.

How often to check in?
We recommend twice a week; however, every time you check in at Bluewater, your profile is refreshed, which puts you at the top of the ladder.
