I joined Bluewater Crew Training in April 2022, as the Operations Manager.

Born and raised in a small town in North Carolina, I have encompassed over two decades of experience in optimizing business development efforts through fostering client relations, implementing operational strategies and providing superior customer service. I have a keen mastery of identifying growth opportunities to improve organizational success. With my commitment to superior operations management and my proven track record of outperforming objectives, I know what it takes to thrive in my field.

In my free time, I enjoy the beach, my pets and listening to live music. I have a passion to save the sea turtles and clean the beaches/ocean. My mantra is to be a better person today than yesterday.
