Prior to starting her career in the yachting industry, Irina was the sales manager for a helicopter broker and dealer. This job required a solid technical knowledge and a skillful talent for negotiation, but it also benefited Irina by giving her “hands-on” experience with ultra-high net worth individuals. Irina was introduced to the yachting industry in 2006, involved in both sales and charter from the beginning.
Her background in Economics & Law combined with her marketing studies led her to head the Bluewater Dubai office, where she assembled a successful team of well trained, experienced personnel along with young staff. In addition to this, Irina is a successful broker, always ready to take on new challenges. In 2019, she sold 2 yachts that she was representing to direct clients while following the construction of a Custom Line that one of her loyal customers bought through her. In addition to this, she organized a transatlantic charter on S/Y VERTIGO for a new client who needed her help to fulfil his dreams of travel and adventure.
