With over 26 years of experience selling boats and yachts of various size and type David brings unparalleled experience in all aspects of yacht sales. As the employing / managing sales broker he leads the yacht sales team by example. Growing up on the Great Lakes was where a love of all types of boating and water sports began at an early age.

David’s professional career began in sales and marketing for various real estate developers on a national and international scope. Upon the successful completion of a real estate development near San Jose, Costa Rica he returned to the United States to attend a friend’s wedding in Newport, RI. It was the summer of 1983 and the America’s Cup was in full tilt. The excitement generated by the Cup that summer implanted an idea to become part of the yachting world. 10 years later David couldn’t ignore the urge any longer so decided to apply what he learned as a sales and marketing professional to the yachting industry. Since then he has been affiliated with some of the best builders and firms in the boat and yacht industry and has established connections globally.

David is a licensed, bonded and insured yacht and ship broker. He is a member of the International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA) and the International Superyacht Society (ISS). David speaks English and Spanish and in his free time he enjoys riding his motorcycles.
