Alma has always been driven by a deep passion for travel, the sea, and new horizons. After completing her studies in Tourism Economics in Rimini, Italy, she began her international career working in luxury resorts across the globe, gaining firsthand experience in high-end hospitality.
Her professional journey soon led her to Rome, where she worked as a private jet charter broker, expanding her expertise in exclusive, tailor-made travel. It was on the French Riviera, however, that Alma found her true calling in the world of yachting.
In 2007, she played an active role in launching a boutique brokerage firm in Monte Carlo. Over the years, she has built extensive experience in both charter management and retail, working closely with yacht owners and high-profile clients from around the world.
At Bluewater, Alma focuses on designing exceptional yacht charters. She carefully curates every element of the experience—from yacht selection and itinerary planning to the finest logistical details—ensuring that each journey is truly one of a kind. Whether it’s a family holiday, a romantic getaway, or a corporate event, Alma’s ability to understand her clients’ wishes allows her to craft unforgettable moments at sea.
She is an individual member of MYBA – The Worldwide Yachting Association – a testament to her professionalism and commitment to the highest industry standards.
Curious and always in search of inspiring destinations, Alma’s personal favorites include Baja California in Mexico and Raja Ampat in Indonesia, thanks to their extraordinary marine biodiversity.
In her free time, she enjoys paddleboarding, scuba diving, and hiking with her beloved dog, Trilli.
Originally from Puglia in southern Italy, Alma speaks English, French, and Spanish, allowing her to connect with a worldwide network of clients.
